📋 Exchange and Return Policy – Bem Bonita Boutique Worcester

At Bem Bonita Boutique, we work with carefully selected pieces from exclusive brands and value both quality and the shopping experience. To maintain these standards, we have established the following exchange and return policy:

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items, in perfect condition.

Items must have the original tag attached and be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

The exchange request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date.

Exchanges may be made for store credit or for another item of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference, if applicable).

🚫 Returns

We do not issue cash refunds.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of the following:

Sale or promotional items;

Accessories (earrings, necklaces, belts, handbags, and similar items);

Products showing signs of use, odors, stains, or any alterations.

⚖️ Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above.

As a boutique fashion store, we do not make exceptions outside the established timeframe.
